All four major banks now listening to broker feedback
2025 has been a big year for Broker Pulse. In its sixth year, the program has reached a significant milestone we’re genuinely excited about: all four major banks, ANZ, CBA, NAB, and Westpac are now actively participating in Broker Pulse. It marks an unprecedented commitment to broker feedback and channel transparency.
More than just an increase in lender participation, it signals a real shift in how broker experiences shape lender strategy and operations. Broker feedback is now reaching decision-makers across every major bank, creating the most comprehensive feedback loop the third-party channel has ever seen.
The program itself has evolved too
The expansion of major bank participation comes at the same time as significant improvements to how Broker Pulse works. Where brokers previously navigated separate surveys for residential and commercial lending, the updated Broker Pulse carefully guides participants through relevant questions for both product lines when appropriate. This redesign brings about less survey fatigue, richer feedback, and a better picture of how lenders are performing across the full spectrum of broker-lender interactions.
Six years of building industry trust
Broker Pulse's journey to full major bank participation reflects the growing recognition of broker feedback as a strategic asset. Broker feedback is now landing on the desks of executives from each of the majors, and drives improvements across the industry. The combination of increased broker participation and broader lender engagement is driving tangible improvements in processes, turnaround times, and service quality.
Looking ahead to 2026
Broker Pulse has a better survey experience in place, more lenders acting on what they hear and a more comprehensive view of the entire third-party channel. With all four majors listening, more brokers than ever participating, broker feedback is having more impact than it ever has leading into 2026.
